Wevolve works with leaders, teams and organizations to help define their purpose and strategic path, and design work cultures and practices for more meaning and advanced performance.

Founded in New York in 2011 and currently operating from Helsinki, we work internationally with experience of projects on five continents. We are accustomed to team up with organizations of all sizes, engaged in any virtuous mission.

When your organization or team needs to upgrade its purpose, strategy or culture. In these 30-90 days long lean design projects we work with you in rapid cycles that combine exploration, design and evaluation.

You will have the key elements of your organization and business redesigned with tangible outcomes, such as an inspiring shared purpose, an actionable strategy, an engaging story, a work guidebook, or a culture playbook.
